Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Medior or Senior Hardware Designer with expertise to drive complex, high-tech projects in domains like Defense, Automotive, Semiconductor, and Industrial systems.

You will combine hardware design excellence, collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and where possible embedded software integration for testing, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and document hardware modules and systems in compliance with standards and guidelines. Collaborate closely with system architects, project managers, and other disciplines; participate in design reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery. Support or develop low-level embedded software for hardware testing and create reusable test tools adaptable for production. Maintain and expand hardware expertise while contributing to team competence development. Willing to travel internationally for short periods (1–2 weeks) once per year

Educational Specialization

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or a related field.

Language skills

• English – Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: digital, analog, or mixed-signal electronics; communication systems; embedded systems; control/motor systems.
• Experience with EMC, environmental, and mechanical standards and testing.
• Knowledge of Design tools like Altium, DXdesigner, Matlab, Spice and ALM environments, e.g. Polarion.
• Embedded software knowledge for testing is a plus.
• Proficiant in spoken and written skills in English
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
